Q1) How can I tell who I am using for long distance now?
A1) Dial this number 1-700-555-4141. You will hear a recording telling you who you are using for long distance. This is not a perfect method however. Many companies make special deals with major carriers and then pass the savings on to you. Therefore you may pay your bills to company "A" but when you dial the 700 # you hear the name of another carrier.
You may also be able to check who your Intra-lata or Zone calls carrier by dialing 1<your area code> 700-4141.
